Question: A client has proposed you to prepare a benchmarking report of his project based on brief field visit. You have to visit the clients business house and observe the project formulation techniques being applied in their organization. You have to compare the project formulation techniques with other few organizations(about two) by accumulating information from website. Then you have to determine the benchmarking parameters and prepare a final report. Normally following activities are required to complete the assignment.
