Establishing and publishing a code of ethics will put the organization at a proactive position when it comes to business ethics. One of my favorite code of ethics is Johnson and Johnson's "Our Credo" which sets ground rules for doing business in every area. The Credo is displayed at all J&J's facilities making it visible to employees and other stakeholders.
