Assume you are the HR manager of a local organisation.
The organisation has recently implemented their new business and operational strategies and accordingly you have implemented your HR delivery strategy. In short, you have developed HR service level agreements, communicated HR service specifications including performance standards to stakeholders and currently monitoring quality and supporting the operational needs. You are now thinking about the next stage where you need to develop a method to evaluate performance of HR systems and an ongoing system of review and improvement. The CEO has requested you to present your research findings and the proposed HR plan in the upcoming executive meeting which is due in one month. The CEO has also requested you to draft a framework to demonstrate integration between business ethics and human resource practices in the organisation.
Using above scenario and further information (through your own research), make and deliver a presentation highlighting the following points -
