The task is to select an organisation and

1. Identify and state individual differences in a group of people at chosen organisation (these can be colleagues, clients or customers).

2. Select 2 of the individual differences identified in point 1 above (for example, ethnicity, first language, etc.). Identify at least 2 organisational policies and procedures relating to inclusive work practices that would address those differences. Provide a brief description of each one and identify where you would find them in chosen organisation.
