For your final assignment, you are to develop your own 5-year plan for your career in healthcare. In it, list at least 2 goals and 3 objectives for each goal. 3. Utilize my skill in budget management and consent revenue flow

2. Treat every resident with dignity, respect, and provide a home-like environment
3. Exemplifies exceptional care by having a Resident's 1st philosophy & caring heart for all associates.

Time frame within the 5 year plan - work as an Executive Director for 3 years and then began to move in the direction of owning my own facility.
