Integration Paper
Another important component of this class will be a reflection paper based on the course readings.
The paper will demonstrate your ability to think critically and creatively about yourchosen topics. The paper includes your original thoughts based on the available evidencepresented.
Your objective is to establish a relationship between ideas or themes fromvarious course readings.
Your work should demonstrate the degree to which you haveprocessed, digested and used this content to further your knowledge of the topic.Additionally, incorporate systems thinking and a biblical worldview to your understanding ofthe material.
General Guidelines
• Identify a current or past work related challenge or opportunity at the team or organizational level.
• Compare and contrast, explore, develop/build on, analyze, reflect or interpret the overriding theme of selected scholarly resources.
• Incorporate logical transition words between ideas.
• Examine critical thinking questions to help you identify your problem statement and the appropriate areas of research.
• Incorporate "systems thinking" principles
• Assess the root cause of an issue(s) backed by research.
• Developing a strong integration paper requires the development of multiple drafts.
• Research as needed to help you develop a strong sense of what constitutes a wellwrittenintegration paper.
Format
• Scholarly sources must support core ideas
• The papers and the references cited in the papers must be in APA format. Your paper should be seven pages (not counting coverpage, reference page, and any appendices).
• APA format, double-space. You do not need an abstract. Word document only (e.g., .doc, .docx).
