Projects are meant to bring change to an institution; be it in working processes, manufacturing capacity or increased facilities etc. To this effect, the Fruity Company Limited (FCL) proposes to establish a fruit processing plant in Eastern Province of Zambia to process five tonnes per month of various fruits. The project is estimated to cost US$5 million with a completion period of 20 months.

You are the Director of Procurement for FCL and you are required to procure and manage the construction of the proposed plant.
