Your HR director wants to procure a personality assessment tool to enhance the selection of new staff. He invites two vendors to share on their personality instruments. Both instruments measure the same personality dimensions but there are some differences in the reliability and validity evidence shared. Your manager is aware that you have taken HRM 373 and asked for your help in interpreting the information.
