Application
In the Application Section, describe in detail the main ideas that you have learned from the reading and how the article as it relates to your research topic. This method approach allows you to take the article information and make a direct application to your project.

Be sure to reference each paragraph in this section.
Critique
In the Critique Section, you will give your impressions of this article. You will answer the question "Does this information support your attempts to answer your research question?" Perhaps this article will serve as a counterpoint in your research, and that is acceptable. In this section you must state an opinion about the merits of the article as it relates to your research project.
Again, in the first sentence again list the author(s) and the title of the article, exactly like the first sentence in your Summary section.
