According to Below and Tripp (2010), there are five essential leadership roles when building an effective team.

FoodToronto is a hypothetical social enterprise that helps direct donations to food banks across Toronto. FoodToronto was developed by five friends, who each brought different strengths to the organization. Based on the descriptions of each person, identify which of the five essential leadership roles they represent and briefly explain how they represent that role.
