Leadership is an essential element of an organization's success. Consider this New York Times article from 2011 about "Google's Quest to Build a Better Boss."

Select an article from the current business press (published within the past three years) that describes a leader in a modern organization. Articles can come from sources such as Business Week, Forbes, Bloomberg, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal or any other nationally recognized news journal.

Here are some ideas for leaders who are in the current press: Uber's CEO Dara Khosrowshahi, Rebecca Halstead, Jeff Bezos, but any leader at any level of the organization would be worthwhile to consider.

-Describe the leader you chose and discuss one of the leadership topics. Define the topic or theory, then describe the leader from the article in relation to the topic.
