Using the concepts learned in class and textbook, read the following fictitious scenario to complete Part 1 and Part 2 for the Body of the Report: 

Axcelle is a U.S. software company that provides accounting and financial tools and training software to small to medium size businesses. Axcelle is negotiating a licensing arrangement of the software to a large multinational organization, Sima in Japan. 

Part 1: International Law and Ethics

   1. If management team of Axcelle and Sima got into a disagreement, what do you think would be some of the causes of the disagreement?
