Write a critical reflective essay (maximum 1000 words) on your strengths and weaknesses conducting the project with regards to time management. In particular, how the Gantt chart challenged your thinking on time management.

The analysis part is most important one and the words should be 300 words or more.

Upon commencing my audit, I faced difficulties in doing multiple tasks especially in terms of closest deadline submission and multiples assignment. I always have weakness in time management especially when it comes to multiple and overlap submissions, I do not know what I should start with and this makes me over think and consumed the time with nothing. In this regard, I try to improve my ability to manage my time and to do tasks by making a Gantt chart, a visual schedule with specific time frame for each tasks, allowing me to zoom out and imagine my work load during the two months, to know how can divided the tasks from the most important and urgent one to important unurgent. As I my parents came to visit me and there is maintains in the workplace that effect my plan on data collection; however, I increase the time of working to be until 6;30pm Which mean 10 hours weekly have been add to conduct this project. By doing these changes I saw improvement in dealing with tasks much better.

I feel stress and worried as I do not do project before and this load of tasks within two months. Also, I do not have clear idea about what should start first; however, by made Gannt chart.

Initially I feel stress and anxious as I do not conduct project before, and I do not know how to start with tasks especially during data collection week which makes me confused as I do not have clear idea about what should start first.

Making Gannt char help me to starts tasks with priorities for each task and sometimes I need. by doing this and see the progress with less stress than before the quality of work has improved, I was able to do some tasks with deadline with much quality than before. Also.

The over-thinking that I experienced relieve which also reflect on the my focused and quality of work with meet the deadline. Happiness as I was able to spend time with my family in Eid without thinking and stress about the work.

Why?

I need to make sure I finish my works before I meet the deadline and without miss submission as the tasks are overlapped which means clear planning is important to do the multiple tasks in this course.

By making the Gantt chart, allowing me to manage my time effectively as my parent comes, so Gannt chart help me to know how I can use time effectively during the weekdays. As I increase two hours, leaving some time on weekend to spend it with my family. If I do not make Gantt cart I would not able to do my work with focused which reflect upon the quality of work and. Also, as I am sometimes spending more time on planning rather than working, leading to unintentional procrastinated until the deadline close. However, Gantt chart, allowing to put specific time and progression which means more work less planning. Allowing to have some time with my family especially during the Eid.

Overall, Gantt chart great effective tools that clearly has role on me by improving my work and improve my mental health from overwhelmed and stress.

Making Gannt chart with tasks and deadline for each task. This allow me to see how many submissions are close to each other and also overlap within limited day to do multiple task just in two months. After made my Gannt chart I realise how much work should I do.
