You have been hired by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) to design a policy that protects consumers from manipulative behaviour by organisations. Choose 2 concepts from behavioural economics that you think can help inform the ACCC's policy design. You can choose either concepts discussed by Janine, concepts discussed in the lectures, or your own ideas. Explain both concepts, how they can be used, and how they might be tested in a lab or field experiment.
