You are the CEO of a large company and are tasked with designing your organisation in a way that keeps employees motivated. Timo discusses several ways organisations can improve their environment, with a focus on success. Choose 2 concepts from behavioural economics that you think can help employees feel successful (and hence motivated) at work (Lecture 5 discusses lots of relevant concepts, such as framing effects, social norms, availability effect, anchoring effect, status quo bias, etc). Explain both concepts, how they can be used, and how they might be tested in a lab or field experiment.
