The patient is a female, age 29, who seems apprehensive and easily agitated. She is aware of her surroundings and the time. Throughout the interview, she keeps eye contact and is properly groomed. She spoke clearly but occasionally with pressure, but I was still able to understand what she was saying during the conversation. She doesn't have paranoia, delusions, or hallucinations when expressing her thoughts and feelings. The patient claims to be in a depressive state, without desire or energy, feeling unworthy, and not wanting to get out of bed. She says people think she sketches but she knows she is a great artist and there days she does not feel like drawing/painting and it a different feeling on the days she has out-burst of energy and just draws all days tirelessly because "I think I am the Great Artist that is yet to be discovered.
