Question

A 41-year-old man presents to the ER with symptoms of severe anemia, including listlessness, pallor, hypotension, and fatigue. On examination, the patient appears pale, lethargic, and has signs of increased heart rate (tachycardia) 122 and a decreased blood pressure (hypotension) 96/62. Initial assessment reveals a severely low hemoglobin and hematocrit count, suggestive of significant blood loss.?
