The leadership chose the capacity improvement goals of 7 percent, 10 percent and 17 percent respectively for the three sites. Is it better to split the improvement across three sites or just focus all the improvement in one site? Each site had different percentage improvement goals. Is this a good approach, or might it be better to have equal percentage improvement goals? Seven to 17 percent might be considered a relatively small improvement.
