Assignment- Part 2 - Proposal
Deliverable 1: Acting on behalf of the Victorian Government, your project team will prepare an RFP for a new renewable energy power supply.
Deliverable 2: Acting on behalf of an investment consortium, your project team will prepare a proposal for a project described in the RFP developed in Deliverable 1.
Deliverable 3: Assuming the proposal from your consortium was successful in the bid, your project team is requested to prepare a Project Execution Plan. The major elements of a project execution plan are, but not limited to:
- Scope definition
- Roles, responsibilities and authorities
- Project Baselines (Scope, Schedule, Budget)
- Project Communication Plan
- Document Management System
- Project Risk register
- Contracting and procurement
- Safety and environmental issues, incl. construction design and management regulations
- Quality assurance/ Quality Control Strategies
- Commissioning strategies
- Close out and final documentation
Report guidance -
This report should be based on the execution of the project that what we are going to do during the execution phase of the project. Along with the criteria that mentioned already above this report should also contain WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), Gantt chart and detailed estimation of the project as overall cost of the project is $1.5 billion.
Attaching proposal report also for your basic guidance and please make sure that my report is based on execution of the report. In proposal you will find the details of the project that picked for this report which is Golden Plains Wind Farm project. And also please make sure all the references should be in Harvard style.
