Question

Edna has dementia and lives at Banksia Care. Edna often refuses personal care, including after episodes of faecal incontinence. There have been complaints from her family and other consumers about her hygiene. To provide care, support staff have started to hold her arms to prevent her from hitting while another staff member washes and changes her.
