"Get Smart - How to Use Environmentally Savvy Turnaround Strategies to Master Supply Chain Shocks"
Individual Assignment
Topic
Please choose a company with international or global business interests, describe a possible disaster affecting this company's operations, and explain how you will deal with the following serious supply chain interruptions. You may choose an existing company or a company that you develop and establish. Your company can be located in the US or abroad, but must be involved in international trade. The disaster affecting "your" company needs to be as realistic as possible. Choose an environmental or political problem that has the potential of creating serious problems. How can a sustainable solution improve "your" company's approach to similar disruptions in the future? Conduct a cost-benefit analysis. Will "your" company emerge as a stronger competitor on the world market? Why? Conduct a SWOT analysis.
