I intend to document my experiences and reflections on various aspects of leadership in this context through my journal. These will include my successes and challenges, the lessons I have learned, and the strategies I have implemented to improve my leadership skills and impact. I will include all of this information in chronological order. In addition to this, I want to do in-depth analysis of my own personal leadership style in order to determine the degree to which it is congruent with the organization's core principles and culture.
