We have gone through the entire process of making an informed decision. For you final paper you will need to apply all of the tools you have learned to a problem of your choosing. This can be a personal problem or one found in your work or from the media. Choose a problem that will showcase what you have learned in class. Picking a problem that is too simple may not allow you get use all of the tools you've learned. Pick one that is too complex and you may not be able to provide an adequate solution. You will need to do the following:

• Define the problem and the situation.
• Provide a situation analysis.
• Ensure that you are solving the right problem (problem analysis methods).
• Look at how your options and choices might affect the outcome (sensitivity analysis).
• Make a decision and justify it with evidence (decision analysis).
• Look at potential problems that may occur because of your decision (Potential problem analysis.
• Summarize your decision.
