For this week's discussion, we are going to do a little research. Choose one of the following topics: enterprise systems, supply chain management systems, or customer relationship management systems. For your initial post, research a software used to implement your topic and explain the software to your group. Be sure to give the name of the software, a web link to where more information about the software can be found, and a brief description of what the software can do. In your response post, read another group member's initial post and then suggest one or two needs that the software described in the post could address.
