Question 1. Tom does not get along with the company's accountant. He believes that the accountant is lazy and is being paid too much. The accountant has an employment contract. Tom wants to fire the accountant because of him being lazy and overpaid. Tom believes these are good enough reasons to terminate the accountant. Is this grounds for termination?

Question 2. Tom has observed problems with one of the mechanics. The mechanic has made several mistakes that have caused additional damage to the machines. One of the mistakes caused the machine to be inoperable for two days, causing lost production and ultimately revenue. Tom believes that the mechanic is not good at his job and wants to terminate him. Is this grounds for termination?
