Social network help to make organizations one family. Today social network used in several areas such as training and development and enhancing employee engagement, which is expensive for most organizations. Training in the past include a certain number of employees, but now social networking can help organizations to save a money and staffing a larger of number in the training process. Also, social network for companies help anyone how looking for job because almost pages for companies include all information they need it, such as the job available, description and general information about job.
HR prefer to use social network to show what kind of style to use with employees in the company to encourage others to work with them . I think this way good idea to show the advantages or benefits provided by the company to its employee. Almost the companies use Facebook and Twitter. Social network is not limited to only the private sector but even the public sectors in this major . Some of them use social network in advertising, support and serves. Sometimes companies prefer to use especially network for its employees to avoid some of the problems and to ensure privacy.
I am one of the Saudi Ministry of Labor staff. It's one of the most successful ministries in Saudi Arabia. It was use the traditional style in the HR. After that the Ministry has focus in the HR to assist in the renovation and modernization inside the Ministry. After that the HR create privet social network for us . Then everyone began to participate and communicate with others like family. In fact, we got a lot of advantage from this style such as experience, training and development. I think this change was assistant to make a successful for my Ministry later. Human Resources Management are looking for the best way to communicate with the staff so, I'm sure social network is one of the best way for that.
