We have an open and ongoing discussion board for engaging in a community of learning. This discussion board is designed to engage everyone in the class and to encourage shared learning. Students are expected to actively post and reply to others 5 weeks throughout the term. This is a student-led discussion. On this discussion board, feel free to post relevant material and questions (and answers) about our class topics. Items: Examples of professional team successes and failures. Current news articles from reputable sources about Organizational Behavior (OB)-related topics. Requests for ideas or help with a work or team problem. Interesting readings/videos/podcasts about OB topics. Grading will take place at the end of the term. Students are expected to participate for 5 weeks. Being missing from even one of the 5 weeks will lead to a reduction in grade (i.e., you can only receive one point per week).
