Consider a way in which you do or could engage in a queer gender performance. This may mean dressing in drag (masculine, feminine, hyper-feminine, hyper-masculine, androgynous, etc.), changing your gestures and facial expressions, and modifying your speech patterns. Enact that performance of gender, and reflect on how others responded to you. You may want to note how they were co-performers in your gender (since we know it is not an individual act).
