Project assessment paper
Take the time now to review the requirements for the assignment which puts into practice some of what you have learned throughout this course. You are required to select a subject (fellow student, instructor, co-worker, etc). Please choose someone you do NOT know well a (significant others or family members are completely off limits!). Again, it is recommended you use the same subject you interviewed for your Life History Interview.
In addition to (separate from) your interview, you are also going to engage in a period of observation (you decide how long-this will depend on the depth of analysis you wish to establish). While you are observing-take notes, record what you see and what you do not see. You are looking for body language, how they interact with others, how they interact with you, how they present themselves, and how their personality shows through in your observations.
In addition to your interview, and period of observation, you must also administer several personality tests-you can use Google to find personality tests-and consult with your instructor if you are having difficulty finding some. You must use 2-3 personality tests in this section. Once you have that completed, you must take the information you gathered and organize it into a paper. Your paper must be typed and double-spaced, and adhere to APA formatting.
You will be marked on content, originality, depth of analysis (remember, this is a life history, do not simply stick to later years). Components in the assignment include observation, interview, and test/assessing (2-3).
