1. Interview an employee in yours or another organization and discuss how the job the employee is doing could be enriched based on the reading you have done. Make sure to discuss all aspects of the employee's work (e.g., what specific tasks are done and with whom the employee interacts on the job) and how using the models you have read can improve employee performance and morale.
