1. Empowerful is to give your employee the power to do better. The supervisor or manager is the person the better vision of yourself and push you to the limit. For exp, in my work field you need to be better to serve your patient. the medical director always have faith on me to be great on drawing blood, that every time i need to draw blood he will be in the room and see how improve my skills. Each time he show me and i lean . Now at my job, i am a medical assistant but more a phlebotomist. i am happy that i have learn the skill from a great doctor.

2. Empowerment is very important to everyone that is part of the business or organization. Everyone deserves and likes to be value and appreciate. Allowing for making the staff be part of a decision or idea shows and makes the staff feel as they count. Giving them space to be leaders and make healthy mistake can also help them grow and be better employees. Sharing information that cn benefit them can help them do a great job as they know what they need to do. Due to the experience I have I have learned that as long as your staff is happy and feel valued they will work for me. They will give there best at what they do as they feel like they are important. An employee that feel they are not trusted or don't feel value is only going to give there bare minimal.
