As the Assistant Human Resources Manager, you have access to the employment files of all of the employees, including management. You have inadvertently learned that the Vice President of Sales has tested positive for the HIV virus. Keeping the ADA in mind, what should you do?

1. You should talk to you boss and devise a plan to reassign the VP to a different position to limit the exposure of others to HIV.

2. You should not provide any changes or reasonable accommodations until the VP approaches the HR office with this request.

3. You should be upfront and approach the VP and express your concerns about the health and safety of the clients that he interacts with.

4. You should immediately and proactively adjust the schedule before the VP asks for any changes.
