We usually think of the big issues when we think about ethics in the workplace - Wells Fargo bank opening accounts for customers without permission (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site., Enron's and Worldcom's financial reporting fraud (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site., and the like. However, a week seldom passes without observing a lesser ethical issue at work. A boss takes credit for an employee's good work. An employee takes office supplies home for the kids to use for their school work. A customer service representative stretches the truth when working on a customer issue. The list of possibilities is endless. The one in bold is the articles you can copy and paste and from that you can answer the questions.

How we deal with these seemingly small opportunities to choose ethical behavior defines who we are as employees and as potential leaders. Trust is the lubricant that makes businesses successful.
