-Some of the changes I believe will take place within the next 10 years are:

The recruitment process will focus on critical thinking and creativity which will allow employees to expand their capabilities within the company. This disarms long term tenure since employees are constantly advancing

Companies will automat many processes to perform redundant tasks which will make the process more efficient and also save the company money in the long run.

The challenges that these changes will present to organizations are:

The changes would present organization a completely new approach for the employees. Thus, orienting the older employees to make them aligned to this new approach will be an uphill task.

The HR department would have to take numerous initiatives to facilitate this transition. Thus, extra care needs to be taken while constructing the HR department of an organization so as to ensure their competency in such activities.
