Moon (they/them) receives an email from one of their employees requesting a bonus. The employee claims that since he has sold 5 percent more than his quota of appliances, he should get a bonus. Moon needs to write back to the employee explaining that, per company policy, he must sell 10 percent more than his quota before being eligible for a bonus.
