Employees' motivators change according to what is important to them at that time. For example, when a person has children, it may be more important to have a flexible schedule. If they are single, they usually want more time off, or money. So depending on their situation, it is important to understand what drives them toward success. Some people just want access to additional training or the opportunity to achieve higher education. What motivates you and why?
