As Senior Management, you need to address these critical interpersonal skill problems with your employees now as the Board of Directors has demanded a meeting on March 8, 2021 at which time -you, the Senior Management,- will need to address exactly what the problems are, the severity of the situation and make explicit recommendations as to how the situation will be managed with the employees including an implementation plan.
