Aldenbrook County Hoispital is located in the inner city and it can accommodate 625 patients. The Patient Transportation Department is fully staff, but has many issues. The team is not educated, does not work as a team with other departments, come to work late, dresses sloppy and is not preforming at the standard they should be. They lack confidence in their work and themselves, the safety of the patients are at risk and they don't have the training, nor the experience to preform the job at hand. There is an issue with lack of leadership at this hospital, the morale of the employees are low and patients are not happy with the services that they are receiving. The employees are lackadaisical in their behavoir, their appearances and the way they dress. There education level is that of an eighth grader, thye lack experience and teamwork.
