  • Describe the essential requirements for TQM at this firm.
  • Describe the TQM processes in place and/or planned for future enhancements. A flowchart may be helpful.
  • Evaluate how the management and improvement of a successful TQM program is dependent upon the essential requirements.
  • Determine whether the TQM program is satisfying current customer requirements or anticipating future expectations. How is this accomplished?
  • Include specific examples of the interviewee's responses.

Support your paper with at least five (5) scholarly or peer-reviewed resources.  In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included. Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
