When I use SHRM to support my organization it is often times when I need to develop or generate information for employees and I want the best information to provide support. Do you feel because SHRM has sound information it can support the employee as well as the professional in Human Resources? Is it best if this information is only accessed by HR professionals to ensure understanding or do you feel employees can display the understanding needed to translate information into work practices?
