We have read about accounting and decision making in my organizational behavior class. We are asked to apply these concepts to creating a recognition/reward programs and creating training programs for employee advancement by providing a cost/benefit analysis. also need help with examples of possible sunk or opportunity costs involved in the implementation of this program as well as the long-term increase in projected profitability. We can use fictional numbers as far as costs go, but should provide research to support any opportunity costs or projected profitability... also can use industry averages for various program costs and projected benefits.
