Question

The purpose of the assignment is gain practice creating a sample exercise program for youth through exercises that emphasize cardiovascular adaptations and on muscular strengthening. Be sure to incorporate exercises/activities that promote bone strengthening as well.

You can assume you're working with three healthy 10-year-old kids who have no experience with structured exercise but have been familiarized with proper movement technique for basic exercises. Use your materials to create the two exercise sessions, which should involve mixed and enjoyable activities.
