Be sure to include the following: Briefly describe the change facing the organization in your assigned case study and which leaders in the case study are involved in addressing it. From your personal perspective and/or experience, defend the value of emotional intelligence for the organizational leaders who are engaged in addressing the organizational change. Include an example of how the application of emotional intelligence by one of the leaders you identified will impact the outcome.
