Vigoda and Meisler article also evaluates the relationship between emotional intelligence and various elements of public administration, such as political skills and the outcome from the work of personnel in the domain. In several aspects, the interchange between emotional political interest has enough potential to add to the knowledge of the reader about the employees performance in a public organization. As depicted by the authors, public administration is emotionally intelligent and is able to understand and solve problems and solve them for citizens, so that the management, government supervision and policy issues may come under control. It includes several aspects such as the management of the emotional responses of stakeholders, understanding the emotions of others, utilizing emotion in policy making and reason based decisions.
