The third assessment is an Individual written Research Report, where you are required to read, think deeply and critically. Your report should be 1,600 words maximum (± 200 words) (approximately two pages for each question using 12 point font, 1.5 line spacing). There will be two questions for this assessment and the questions will be announced on Blackboard.  Your report is to be written in a scholarly style (citing approximately eight scholarly references).The report needs to be submitted online to Turnitin embedded in the blackboard.

1. The changing workforce is one of the emerging trends in organisational behaviour. Describe how the workforce is changing and briefly identify two consequences of these changes for organisations.

2. Why is emotional labour an issue for employees in the fast paced service industries?
