Thirty-five-year-old female patient presents to the emergency room with complaints of stomach and back pains that has worsened over the past two hours. The patient describes the stomach pain as a 4/10 and "aching." Back pain is in the upper back and 5/10 and described as "burning". Patient states she has chronic lower back pain but this is different. Endorses slight nausea. Patient's last meal was a fast-food breakfast sandwich and coffee three hours ago. Patient states they took "two Tums" but it did not help the pain significantly. Last bowel movement was this morning, the patient describes it as "hard."

The nurse is analyzing the patient's assessment data and considering which conditions may be related to their clinical manifestations.
