As a building manager in high rise tower, he wanted to email building cleaning sub committee to arrange a meeting to review the scope of cleaning? how should he email them so they can understand his concern and help him out to sort out the scope of cleaning issue.

issue is- contractor is cleaning as per the scope but overall committee is wanted to get more things done which is not in the scope of cleaning and not acceptable by the contractor? he is doing it now as a favour and request from the builder manage but while doing that so he is running out of time to carry out actual scope of cleaning work and committee is still complaining that cleaning task is missing out and cleaners are not doing their job proper on a daily basis so, building manager wanted to let committee know that contractor is doing the job as per the scope of cleaning along with extra tasks which are time consuming but from now on if we want to carry out those extra tasks then they are going to charge extra and contractor will provide quotation to do those extra jobs accordingly. explain things in a nice professional wordings so building manager can make committee understand whole situation and they will happily agree to review the scope of cleaning.
