Q. The Black Hole video is about ethics. Ethics can have a big influence on decision making in the workplace. Ethical behaviour in the workplace is behaviour which is accepted as morally "right," rather than "wrong." When the employee realized which the paper contains a black hole, he approached to the snack machine a grabbed a snack. Which action appears to be harmless; explain however it is called stealing? My first thought about the film was which greed got him. Since the beginning, he should not have stolen the snack also much less the money; nevertheless he already had a lot of money but he got greedy. After analyzing the video, I thought when an action arises from getting something small from the office, such as a pen, clips, or paper, to an illegal also inappropriate action. Even a small or insignificant thing which we can get from the office, it is called stealing; therefore, it is an unethical action.
