For an object in free fall, the velocity vs time graph is a straight line. Consider how this graph would be different if the force of air resistance (which increases with increasing speed until the object reaches a constant terminal velocity) is not negligible. Sketch a graph showing the shape of a falling object's velocity vs time curve in the case of non-negligible air resistance. Take downwards to be the negative direction.
