Each workplace is made up of people of various ethnic, religious, or social backgrounds. These differences can lead to discrimination in the workplace, which occurs in different ways based on the characteristics of the person that distinguish them from others. These characteristics that cause discrimination in the workplace may be based on age, sex, ethnicity, marital status, or race. Attempting by ensuring that workers and employers know employment laws to eliminate discrimination in workplaces. However, it will not be enough for workers and employers to obtain their rights without a clear understanding of the value of this law and its meaning

Question: - As an HR Manager, what are five (5) recommendations plans in ensuring that employees or employers know and understand the employment law and their rights. Each recommendation plan must include a method of approach to ensure that the desired result, which is to minimize or eliminate workplace discrimination, is achieved.
